These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the jilikl platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager. By accessing jilikl, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
jilikl is strictly for players aged 21 and older. Underage gambling is prohibited under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law.
jilikl operates under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Each individual may hold only one jilikl account. Duplicate accounts are subject to suspension and forfeiture of balances.
All withdrawal requests require completed identity verification. jilikl complies fully with PAGCOR's KYC and AML obligations.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jilikl ("jilikl," "we," "us," "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the jilikl website at jilikl.org and all associated services, features, games, and content (collectively, the "Services").
By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or using any part of the jilikl platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the jilikl Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the platform.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the jilikl platform and close your account.
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the jilikl platform. This requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is strictly enforced. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. jilikl reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the player is found to be underage, with all balances forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.
The jilikl platform is operated for and directed to residents and visitors within the Philippines. By accessing jilikl, you represent that your access and use complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your location before using the Services. jilikl makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available outside the Philippines.
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account with jilikl:
Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) jilikl account. The registration of multiple accounts by one individual is strictly prohibited. jilikl employs technical and manual verification systems to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, jilikl may, without prior notice: (a) permanently close all duplicate accounts; (b) void all pending bets; (c) forfeit all balances across the duplicate accounts; and (d) report the matter to PAGCOR where required.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update such information if it changes. The name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number you register must belong to you personally. jilikl is not liable for any consequences arising from your provision of false or outdated account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilikl login credentials. You agree to: (a) keep your password strictly confidential; (b) not share your account with or allow access by any third party; (c) notify jilikl immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. jilikl will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
jilikl is required under PAGCOR's licensing conditions and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. Verification documents may include a government-issued Philippine identification card, proof of address, and source of funds documentation for higher-value accounts. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.
All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by jilikl, which include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet. The minimum deposit is Philippine Peso five hundred (₱500). All deposits are denominated and settled in Philippine Peso. jilikl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — deposits must originate from an account registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses; (c) jilikl's withdrawal processing schedule, which is aligned with Philippine Standard Time. jilikl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and may request additional documentation. Standard daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by account VIP tier.
jilikl does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals to and from GCash, PayMaya, or major Philippine bank accounts. Any fees imposed by your payment provider, financial institution, or mobile network operator are beyond jilikl's control and are your responsibility.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months. jilikl may, after providing written notice to the registered email address on file, apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱200 to dormant account balances to cover maintenance costs, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by player login.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional rewards offered by jilikl are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance. Real-money funds in your account are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the withdrawal conditions in Section 4.
jilikl reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from bonuses where jilikl has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has: (a) engaged in bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional terms; (b) opened multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses; (c) placed low-risk or zero-risk betting patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement with the platform; or (d) provided false information to obtain a bonus. jilikl's determination in such cases is final.
Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, bonus credits expire thirty (30) days from the date of credit if wagering requirements are not completed within that period. Expired bonus credits are forfeited without compensation.
All games available on the jilikl platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which has been independently tested and certified in accordance with PAGCOR's technical standards. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is published in the game's information panel within the jilikl lobby.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any other error that affects the outcome of a game round, jilikl reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wager amount to the player's account. jilikl's decision in any game dispute is final, subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable before commencing any game session. jilikl is not liable for losses arising from network interruptions, power outages, or device failures on the player's side.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilikl platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, jilikl will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from accessing the platform and will not knowingly send you promotional communications during the exclusion period. jilikl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) actual or suspected breach of these Terms; (b) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; (c) receipt of a court order, PAGCOR directive, or law enforcement instruction; (d) suspected money laundering or fraud; (e) account inactivity as defined in Section 4.4; or (f) any other reason that jilikl, in its reasonable judgment, considers to warrant account suspension.
You may request closure of your jilikl account at any time by contacting jilikl support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled and any available balance (after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.
All content on the jilikl platform — including but not limited to the jilikl name and logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, and audio — is the exclusive property of jilikl or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without jilikl's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilikl's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilikl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilikl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if jilikl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilikl's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.
jilikl collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the jilikl Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jilikl platform, you consent to jilikl's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at jilikl.org/privacy-policy. jilikl complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and PAGCOR's data handling requirements.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and jilikl, you agree to first contact jilikl's customer support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as the applicable regulatory authority. Failing resolution through PAGCOR's procedures, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
jilikl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where the changes are material, jilikl will provide notice via the platform or to your registered email address at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the jilikl platform after the effective date of the amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
